
Rabbi Yaakov Feitman, Rav of Kehillas Bais Yehuda in Cedarhurst, N.Y., a well-known lecturer and author.
Rabbi Yaakov Feitman is the Rov of the popular "Red Shul" in Cedarhurst New York. Previously, he has held pulpits in prestigious Shuls in Teaneck, N.J. and Cleveland, Ohio. He is a much sought after dynamic and intellectual speaker who fascinates his audiences on subjects ranging from Sholom Bayis to childrearing, Hashkafa, Kabbalah, Holocaust, Medical Ethics and much more. He is the founding principal of three schools and the author of numerous volumes on Jewish biography, Hashkafa, Chassidus and history.
Rabbi Feitman is the past president of the Young Israel Council of rabbis. He has been a Scholar-in-Residence all over the world and spoken at the OU, Torah Umesorah and Agudah conventions. Rabbi Feitman has Semicha from Rav Moshe Feinstein Ztl and Rav Yitzchok Hutner Ztl.
Rabbi Raphael Pelcovitz
Rabbi Raphael Pelcovitz is rabbi emeritus of the famed Congregation Knesses Israel, the "White Shul," of Far Rockaway, New York.. During his long and successful career, he has taught, guided, and inspired thousands of men, women, and children. Among his many publications are the translation and annotation of Sforno’s commentary on the Torah, Sforno’s commentary on Pirkei Avos, and Table Talk", a compilation of insights on the weekly Torah Reading.
Dr. Pelcovitz
Dr. Pelcovitz was a clinical professor of psychology in psychiatry at New York University School of Medicine and director of psychology at North Shore University Hospital-NYU School of Medicine. Dr. Pelcovitz has published and lectured extensively on a variety of topics related to the psychological impact of trauma and loss, child and adolescent behavior problems, parenting and the impact of divorce and stress on children. Most recently, together with his father, he coauthored a book on parenting titled: “Balanced Parenting: Love and Limits in Raising Children.
David Pelcovitz, Ph.D. holds the Gwendolyn and Joseph Straus Chair in Jewish Education at Yeshiva University’s Azrieli Graduate School of Jewish Education. He also teaches courses in pastoral psychology at the university’s affiliated Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary.
